These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 20 hibajee platform, including all casino games, sportsbook markets, payment transactions, bonuses, and account management features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
18+ Age Requirement
20 hibajee is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory during registration, and accounts found to belong to under-18 individuals are closed without notice.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 20 hibajee. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
Verified Payments Only
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts belonging to others — are not permitted.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus balance.
Fair Play Enforcement
20 hibajee uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology on all casino games. Any player found attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, abuse bonus systems, or engage in collusion will have their account suspended permanently.
Account Security Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20 hibajee login credentials. 20 hibajee will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 20 hibajee platform — including its website, mobile Progressive Web App (PWA), sportsbook, casino lobby, live dealer section, and cashier — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 20 hibajee (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account, if one has been created.
20 hibajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all legal interpretations. Any translation provided is for convenience only and has no legal standing in the event of a dispute.
These Terms apply to all activities conducted through the 20 hibajee platform, regardless of the device (desktop, mobile, tablet) or network (Wi-Fi, Grameenphone 4G, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk) used to access the service.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 20 hibajee platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. 20 hibajee is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by minors is prohibited, and 20 hibajee takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) opening an account solely for personal, recreational use.
- You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when registering or using the platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 20 hibajee or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
- You are registering voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by 20 hibajee or any responsible gaming scheme to which 20 hibajee is a participant.
⚠️ Age Verification: 20 hibajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until documentation is received. Any account confirmed to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. Misrepresentation of eligibility, including age falsification, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure, cancellation of all winnings, and forfeiture of any deposited balance in accordance with our account closure policy.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of 20 hibajee products — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots library, and cashier — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration you will be asked to provide, at a minimum:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document)
- A valid email address that you control and monitor
- A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (used for OTP verification)
- Your date of birth
- A secure password of your own choosing
- Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer)
You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any detail changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 20 hibajee. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 20 hibajee will:
- Suspend all duplicate accounts immediately and without prior notice
- Void all bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts
- Retain the right to withhold any winnings generated while operating multiple accounts
- Permit withdrawal of original deposited funds (net of any bonus funds) at 20 hibajee's sole discretion following a review
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated login tool or script. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 20 hibajee support immediately via live chat. 20 hibajee will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Two-Factor Authentication: 20 hibajee strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA can be activated from your account security settings and adds a second layer of verification each time you log in from a new device.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 20 hibajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals, eliminating exchange-rate costs for Bangladeshi players. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

4.1 Deposit Policy
Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the originating account. 20 hibajee reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal, 20 hibajee may conduct an identity verification (KYC) check requiring you to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. KYC checks are conducted once and, once passed, do not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals unless account details change.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM BST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM BST or on public holidays (including Eid and Victory Day) will be processed on the next business day. All times refer to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
⚠️ Withdrawal Holds: If your account has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met. Your real-money balance (net of bonus funds) remains withdrawable at any time, subject to standard KYC requirements.
4.3 Responsible Use of Payment Methods
20 hibajee strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits via their account settings. Deposit limits can be configured on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and take effect immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit becomes active.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
20 hibajee offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh calendar events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit receive a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳25,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance immediately upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified:
- Casino bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount
- Sportsbook bonuses carry a 10x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount, with qualifying bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater
- Free spins winnings carry a 20x wagering requirement
- Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited; uncompleted bonuses expire after this period
5.3 Bonus Abuse
20 hibajee operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; and systematically exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner clearly outside the spirit of the offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, 20 hibajee reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
5.4 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of normal wagering completion
- 20 hibajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players
- Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing a bonus wagering requirement, 20 hibajee may remove the bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings before processing the withdrawal of the real-money balance
- Players who have opted into a self-exclusion programme or a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or activate bonus offers during the exclusion period

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using 20 hibajee, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 20 hibajee platform:
- Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; chargebacks made in bad faith after genuine gameplay has occurred; identity fraud or impersonation of another person.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise artificially influence results in a multiplayer environment.
- Software exploitation: Use of bots, scripts, automated gameplay tools, game-glitch exploitation, or any method that provides an unfair advantage not available to regular players.
- Money laundering: Using 20 hibajee as a channel for depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origin of funds. 20 hibajee is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access other players' accounts, the platform's administrative systems, game servers, or any non-public area of the 20 hibajee infrastructure.
- Offensive conduct: Use of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language in any communication with 20 hibajee support staff or other players via any live chat or communication feature on the platform.
Violation of any of the prohibitions listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits at 20 hibajee's discretion following a review), and referral to law enforcement authorities where legally required.
Reporting Concerns: If you observe conduct by another player that you believe violates these Terms, you are encouraged to report it to 20 hibajee support via live chat. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the 20 hibajee platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, colour scheme, user interface design, written content, game graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 20 hibajee or its licensors (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 20 hibajee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without prior written consent from 20 hibajee
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used to deliver the platform or its games
- Use the 20 hibajee name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing, social media, or public communication without explicit written authorisation
- Create derivative works based on 20 hibajee content or game assets
- Frame or mirror any part of the 20 hibajee platform on another website or application
Any use of 20 hibajee intellectual property outside the scope of the licence granted above will constitute infringement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 20 hibajee and its licensors.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
20 hibajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
- A player has violated any provision of these Terms
- A player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
- Age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily
- Suspicious financial activity or potential money laundering is detected
- A player's account is subject to a legal order, regulatory requirement, or fraud investigation
- A player has filed a chargeback against a genuine deposit transaction
- A player is identified as being on a self-exclusion register to which 20 hibajee is a participant
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their 20 hibajee account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of incomplete bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 7 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the 20 hibajee compliance team and take effect within 24 hours. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances
Upon account closure initiated by 20 hibajee for a Terms violation, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 20 hibajee's discretion following an investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily or via self-exclusion, the full real-money balance will be returned as described in section 8.1 above.
⚠️ Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. 20 hibajee will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce an account balance below zero.
